Yes. We believe that for a client and their associated goals to be attained, there must be an open channel of communications between all stakeholders.

We’re advocates of open and transparent dialogue with clients, and typically use daily correspondence (ex: zoom mtgs, phone calls, face-to-face mtgs, etc.) so that we may collectively support and advance agreed objectives.

It’s important to know how much will be billed to a client, so that the client can factor those fees into a budget prior to engagement. Most of the fees are based on an hourly basis, with the amount being dependent on the selected service – fees range from $200/hour and up.

Exceptions in our fee structure are periodically considered, and ultimately determined between Life Science Logic and the prospect – client.
