Life Science Logic Advisory Services was designed to assist clients in improving sales, marketing and commercialization systems and processes…over time. We often work with the same company long term, and if asked, we may take on semi-leadership roles within the company.

Advisors provide insights and direction to help clients achieve major goals and overarching purpose through the use of thought-provoking aspirations (Vision) and applied objectives (Mission). Small healthcare businesses or startups may find hiring an Advisor especially useful to gain insight and advice from an SME resulting in the development and application of strategies for sustainable long-term success.

Consulting Services

Life Science Logic Consulting Services are aimed at providing small healthcare businesses with advice and expertise in their healthcare journey. Typically, a client presents a specific problem and then we work to solve the problem. Engaging our consultants can be beneficial specifically because we contribute skills or expertise that the business may not currently possess, and these engagements are aligned with predetermined KPIs and other performance markers.

Consultants may also be useful for businesses facing specific challenges that need a solution within a defined time period. The engagements are usually not long-term like Advisory Services but deal with a resolution within a specific time period. Project-based.

Commercialization Services

Life Science Logic assists in the creation and facilitation of strategies that drive commercialization go-forwards (GFS), especially when introducing a new (MVP) product to various markets and making it available for purchase and use. It is the marketing, selling, distribution, and support of the product or service that defines this service. It does not typically include product development.

In many cases, companies develop and launch products in 3 phrases:

  • Assess market opportunities to the point of product ideation;
  • Pass product specifications to the product development organization to fulfill the product vision;
  • Pass finished product to commercialization teams to execute the marketing, selling, distribution and customer support plans. This is where we like to focus.

Inevitably, uncertainty exists throughout the journey from product inception to commercialization and we help all stakeholders navigate the transition from commercial Vision to Mission. Many startups and emerging companies launching new products must start small, measure what works, and figure out how to scale from there.

Fractional Services

The Life Science Logic Team is comfortable helping a small company through a transitional period or being leveraged as a cost-efficient way to introduce thought leadership into an organization. 

We imagine acting as Fractional sales and marketing executives or taking on-demand leadership roles as they’re ultimately about providing real hands-on leadership versus a more consultative approach.
